Refund Policy

We want you to love VYON AI. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — for subscription plans and for credit packs alike.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or contact us through the Help page inside the app and we will help you.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Plans page. Cancelling stops future billing. If you request a refund within the 30-day window above, the current period is refunded as well.
