Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and VYON AI ("VYON AI", "we", "us"), the seller and operator of the VYON AI service — an AI-powered productivity application that helps you plan your week, manage tasks, focus, and review your progress. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

VYON AI provides AI assistants, task management, weekly planning boards, focus timers, and weekly reports. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you selected. We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Paid plans and credit packs are billed through our online reseller. Payment, billing, taxes, renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms), which apply in addition to these Terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Plans page; when you cancel, paid access ends and future billing stops. Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or to send spam.
• Infringe intellectual property rights or upload content you have no right to use.
• Interfere with the service's security, probe or scan it, introduce malware, or scrape it at scale.
• Reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent the technical limits of your plan.
• Use the AI assistants to generate illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or to attempt to bypass the models' safety controls.

VYON AI uses generative AI. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or academic) without your own review. You are responsible for your prompts, for having the rights to any content you provide, for how you use the outputs, and for verifying their accuracy.

You retain your rights to the content you provide. Outputs generated for you may be used by you freely. If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, contact us and we will review and remove it where appropriate; repeated infringement may lead to account suspension. We may remove or restrict content, filter outputs, or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

We own the service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation, design, and branding. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. When access ends, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Notice; you can export your data before deleting your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, and disputes will be resolved in its courts, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you other rights. We are not responsible for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
